PRINTING AND PRODUCTION ON POLYESTER FABRICS
A perfect solution for sportswear, swimsuits, beach tunics, dresses, towels, and scarves. We use sublimation transfer technology, ensuring exceptional detail, vibrant and saturated colors, durability, and resistance. This process is long-lasting and withstands various treatments. It is applicable only to white fabrics with at least 80% polyester content, such as Lycra, neoprene, fleece, microfiber, mesh, satin, chiffon, and more.
Printing Sizes: Up to 1.60 m in width and unlimited length.
File Requirements:
– Raster files: TIFF, PSD, JPEG at actual size with at least 180 dpi/inch.
– Colors set in AdobeRGB.
Pricing per m² (excl. VAT):
– 1–20 m²: 13 BGN.
– 20–200 m²: 8 BGN.
– Over 200 m²: 6 BGN.

COTTON CUT PIECES OR READY-MADE PRODUCTS
Looking to print company logos, photos, or unique designs? Our DTG technology is the perfect choice for t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, and other products with at least 70% cotton content.
This technology ensures that the ink penetrates the material, which is then dried at high temperatures, sealing the image into the fabric. This durable printing method has no color restrictions, is long-lasting, and maintains softness and flexibility to the touch. Suitable for white, black, and colored materials.
Maximum Print Size: 40 x 50 cm.
File Requirements:
– Raster files: TIFF, PSD, JPEG at actual size with at least 180 dpi/inch.
– Colors set in AdobeRGB.
Prices are provided after submission of:
– The file with the exact dimensions for printing.
– The color of the base material (e.g., black, white, etc.).
– Exact quantities and print positions.
